Here is my photo:

The story: We just got home from a night of Cameron's T-ball game last summer. (08) Apparently we stopped for pizza on the way home. I remember Cameron asking to take a picture. Of course we both, being one, let our silly side come out!

I love how the lawn needs to be mowed, the trash taken out, and my little Caden peeking from behind the bush. (probably wondering if mommy turned into a monster since I was trying to eat daddy.) Life at the Masons!

I was looking through some drafts and almost forgot about another photo tag. I was tagged back a couple of weeks ago by Vivienne at The V Spot. Sorry it took so long!

Vivenne also tagged me in a photo tag! It is a different folder and picture.

Here it is:

The first folder I have on this computer is from December 07. This is the 10th picture from that folder. As you can see it is Christmas time. Our Bubba came over to open his gifts. He was "thrilled" to receive a box of Pampers. Of course, that was just the box his gift was in. I'm curious why I hung on to the box so long?? Was I yearning for my baby to stay in diapers. Hmmm, nope!

Flashback Prom Tag

I can't believe I am doing this! Here I go taking a walk down memory lane! I have been tagged to play the prom game. Since I love reading Tanya's blog, Miller Racing Family I am going to play along with this flashback prom post.

The following is pictures taken before my junior prom. I dated this guy for 6 YEARS!
I am not married to my prom date. However, we are practically neighbors! He is married with 2 step children.

Hmmm, what year?

Now...MY MAN! I met my husband at the school we worked at as teachers. We married later in life (I was 27, he was 31) Being older and wiser... I did not have a lot of unrealistic, fairy tale expectations about marriage. That's a good thing!

Here is my hunky husband getting ready to go to prom. This is the only picture I found. Not sure where or who his date was?? Wonder what's up with the boom box? Did he have to supply the music for prom? hee hee....I'll have to find out.

8 Things I Am looking Forward To:
1. For the weather to be nice enough to plant my garden. And stay that way!

2. For me to lose weight and get fit.

3. For my DH to start sleeping better!

4. Our 10 year Anniversary this August.

5. Summer break. I love summers! I love being home with my boys and look forward to having lots of fun with them.

6. The Lord to reveal His plan for me this year regarding going back to teaching or not.

7. To become debt free.

8. Building our dream home.



8 Things I Did Yesterday:

1. Finished putting up all the spring/summer clothes.

2. Prepared to go to Devil's Den.

3. Took Cameron to school (30 minutes round trip),and picked him up.

4. Thought about exercising.

5. Finished Spring cleaning the master bedroom.

6. Danced with the boys to my Grease CD.

7. Enjoyed spending time with my 18 year old!

8. Went to bed with my hubby. (Sometimes I stay up later than him.)



8 Things I Wish I Could Do:
1. Sing really good.

2. Keep my house clean all the time.

3. Lose weight effortlessly.

4. Never be late to church.

5. Get a massage once a week.

6. Swim with dolphins.

7. Go to Hawaii.

8. Take dance classes.

I have to say... I haven't checked out blogs this week until now. I saw where Tanielle tagged me. When I finally saw what it was all about I was like...oh crud! That's exactly how I look! Yes, I showered and put on make-up this morning! (I know you can't tell). I just got home from Devil's Den State Park. My DH takes a field trip there every year with his AP students. Cameron gets to skip school and go with Dad every year too! I get to prepare no-bake cookies and grill for about 30 people every year. That is where I was all day! The smoke from the grill always makes my eyes red! It was drizzling and cold too! I am exhausted!

I would have to check my blog today! Ugh! So, tempting to go primp first! Keeping it real for you! So here it is....

This is my purse I've been carrying lately. I found this purse at a yard sale a year ago and snagged it for $2.00! I thought it was cute with the gold, metallic trim and all.
